Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Data to PDF and its customers for the provision of PDF document generation services from CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot, SQL databases, Google Sheets).

Article 2 - Services Offered

Data to PDF offers the following services:

  • Creation and editing of custom PDF templates
  • Integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, SQL databases, and Google Sheets
  • Automatic generation of PDF documents with dynamic data
  • Template storage and management
  • Team collaboration features

Article 3 - Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in USD and are available on our pricing page. Payment is made monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Any started month is due. In case of non-payment, access to the service may be suspended.

Article 4 - Trial Period

A free 14-day trial period is offered to all new users. At the end of this period, the subscription will be automatically activated unless cancelled by the user.

Article 5 - Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Data to PDF reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms or abusive use of the service.

Article 6 - Liability

Data to PDF commits to providing a quality service and ensuring platform availability. However, we cannot guarantee 100% availability and shall not be held liable for service interruptions.

Users are solely responsible for the content generated through our service and how they use it.

Article 7 - Intellectual Property

Templates created by users remain their property. Users grant Data to PDF a limited license to process these templates for the purpose of providing the service. The software, brand, and all platform elements remain the exclusive property of Data to PDF.

Article 8 - Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to complying with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. Privacy Policy

Article 9 - Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 10 - Modifications

Data to PDF reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes by email or notification within the application.
